We should take to the streets in down town and protest! The media keeps showing this moment as unorganized and no point of protest because they are included in the 1%. They just want to wrongly inform the public about this moment because they have a lot to lose. Let's go show corporate America that we had enough. If you feel that you are not affected by this; for those that bank with, wait till Bank of America starts charging you a monthly 5 dollar fee to use your debit card to use your own money. Corporate greed and corruption is hitting close to home!

Or.... You can get a job and get off welfare. Better yourself and improve your life through education.
Here's a freebie; it's "movement" not moment.
Also, get your facts straight and learn what the liberal retards are protesting about. I'll let you do your own research. But I have a feeling I'll be posting the answer to that soon. <sigh> Just one of the down falls of living near dumb dumbs.

Strategies

And they want to raise minimum wage to $20 an hour? That'll cause inflation. Plus take 20% from your pay. Not cool

Its very simple of you to assume that we're a bunch of uneducated, unemployed, welfare recipients. You either "Stand for Something" or "Fall for Anything!" You can continue lying dormant like a bump on a long...I've made the conscious decision to take a stand for what I believe in. Much like those people on wall street and all over the country fighting for what they believe in.

Nice quote by Alexander Hamilton "We Are Change". Can you please explain what you and all the other protesters are protesting? Are you wanting to abolish capitalism and promote socialism or communism?
You said you made a conscious decision to stand in what you believe in. What exactly it it that you believe in?

These protesters are being paid by an organization called "Working Families" which is a spin off of Acorn. They're goal is to abolish capitalism. They are paying the "Occupy Wall Street" protesters to protest. Most protesters have no clue why they are there, they are just collecting a paycheck.. This is an artificial movement by a large organization. Can you see the irony?
Socialism/communism is all about controlling the people. Look at countries that are socialistic or communistic. The people want freedom.
If you want to stand for something, stand for your freedom. Stay away from socialism and communism. The protests is nothing but a fraud.

I work to many hours to protest but what I would protest against is the fact that millionaires & billionaires have to pay almost no tax on their yearly gross income, this country has been at war for over 10 years an has steadily increased taxes for every common citizen an lowered taxes for the wealthy I honestly don't care if the protesters on wall street are paid, I'm sure those people have to pay bills an taxes like everyone else. But honestly this government has never been a true democracy or capitalist union , democracy is every single citizen gets a vote & a say in the government an if you think the American people do your a fool, capitalism us the selling an buying of anything without hindrance or interference of the state an well all know that ain't true, an our country is more akin to a feudal police state an if you don't see that's it's because you refuse to. An finally any government that taxes it's common citizens but refuses to tax the wealthy in equal measures will be thrown into civilwar if you think I'm stupid or ignorant just read history it happens every time a government gets to comfy with power an refuses to change for its common citizens......

What do you mean the wealthy doesn't get taxed or pay taxes? They are on a higher tax bracket and therefore they pay a lot more than us. Higher tax bracket means high percentage. How is it that a person on welfare can get $10k on their tax return and only put in $2k for the year? Yet, I pay $20k in taxes for the year and will never see that money again. Then you get someome in a higher bracket paying even more. It should be a flat rate across the board. Why punish you for working harder. Incentivise people for working hard, not punish them.

If you make between 20-900k a year you get taxed a higher percent than if you make over $1,000,000 a year on your gross I'm against the 1% always getting a break an don't say they deserve it because they work hard that's a load of crap an you know it , was that 20k just from your income or combined with property/ business tax? Because that's a big difference.
