Utica's Underground Railroad museum closes
The Underground Railroad and Black History Museum in northern Licking County has closed after less than six months in operation, because its founder didn't own the property outright before she opened the museum.

Looks like Rita did a real con job on the Utica community. She didn't own the property and had no realistic chance to purchase it but acted like she owned it and solicited a lot of funds from Utica residents. Where did the money go? No accounting has ever been made.
