Robert Julian could represent Meola's Wife

Given the nature of a possible divorce, and the political atmosphere, would it be a smart move on Frank Meola’s Wife to retain Robert Julian as divorce consul?
How would Mr. Meola do on the stand, under oath, under cross examination by Mr. Julian?
Do you think it would ever get to court?

If Julian was ever the judge under any of Frankie's prior crimes, I would imagine he would have a conflict and couldn't represent the wife. Not sure though, anybody know if that would be the case?
