All you people say is ," I hear this , I hear that ! why don't you go check it out for yourself. They have always been pleasant to me. Give them a chance. Unbelievable!

and you're a retard to even reply to this. I work in the field too and always hear this or that about the place and did notice they were trying to sell the place a few months back too.

If they could retire it would be a blessing to them I am sure rather than put up with you stupid people here. All you people seem to do is buy on the net or where ever you can get the cheapest items rather than support locally anyway so why do you care?

I go there too and other shops and hear a mixture of things, but nothing different than hearing things from national chains or other shops too so what is the big deal.

Local shops must have good customer service though and I understand local shops policies for returns and such are different than chain store, so suck it up. Little places can't afford to give cash back on items from returns, especially in Utica, as they would be coming back everyday trying to scam the local shops.

The times are showing that the big stores are coming in to invade and taking the personal small businesses out in the long run. Specialty shops still hold their own for now, but its only a matter of time.

you are probably from another shop starting trouble liar. Josies is the best shop in CNY and you see jealous of a long running business that is making tons of cash. Stop in there and show your receipt then and all will be fine . Customer service is second to none too.

Good God! I hope you're not an RN with that miserable attitude. You sounds like a CNA at best!

My daughter bought a watch from her, and when she got home and opened it, the pin fell out immediately. She went back with a receipt and tried to return it right away. She was told there were no refunds, and would not even offer an exchange. I have been a nurse for years, and telling everyone I know not to go there.

Then why did she tell me no refunds?

any defect on an item like that should have been easily returned like every other store. Unreal they would treat you like that being a local shop for all these years. I do believe they are trying to sell last I heard, so maybe they don't want items back in their shop.

Try other shops around the area for that sort of goods then and hope you get better service. That shop treating people like that makes other local shops look bad. The small time local shops must treat their locals good if they want local shopping.

No she would not even address that. She was completely difficult. I told this to the store owner at Doctor Uniforms, and he said that the consumer is never supposed to contact the company, the dealer is. Believe it or not, he is helping her return it..and he had nothing to do with it. He gets all our business now!

By far the worst service ever, the woman was extremely rude and was turning away customers half an hour before closing time. She tried rushing me out of the building. Why you have to be mean and start trouble with businesses on here. You must be jealous of a business that makes tons of money locally on all the nursing facilities in the area.
