Got to love it when Philly got all tanked up and ready to roll on that poor victim who broke his balls. All of that was worth the price of admission .

We loved Vincent's Restaurant. Wish we could back intime and go there one more time. I loved the chicken cordon blue.
It was the best! Nancy was always so classy and friendly and Vinny was so talented! What a treat it was. Their daughter used to work there too!
Great memories and many special occasions we had there.

The original DeCosty's Restaurant was located at 213 E. Dominick St.(across from St. John's Church) from the early 60's until the late 60's or early 70's, and then they relocated to Martin St.

Hate to burst your bubbles, I never heard the sauce called gravy, you watch too many movies. From my grand father, who cooked for a living (and never called it gravy) to restaurants in little Italy, nobody calls it gravy.

Maybe Northern Italy, where the pasty faces live might do this, but no good italian does.

Wasn't there some kind of Roast Beef place on Oneida Square? I seem to recall the name being Nebo's or something like that.

Also, who remembers the White Tower diners. One was Downtown at the Busy Corner and the other was Uptown where the Rite Aid is across from Price Chopper.

And there was a fast food place too, called Carrols, back in the 70s where the Arbys is right near Price Chopper. They used to give away Loony Tunes glasses with a soda purchase.

Anyone remember these places?
Neba's I think and REALLY good.
