Has anyone else having trouble with their cable box freezing up. I have to reboot it at least one time a day. I will just be changing channels and the box will freeze up and I need to reboot the box which takes as much as 5 minutes. I have missed parts of ballgames and such and it's really starting to annoy me. I'm just wondering if its the box I have or the system that they use. Any info will be helpful. Thanks

Yes happens all the time. TWC has issues all over.

This has happened to me dozens of times, I reset, doesn't help, switch boxes, doesn't help. They say it isn't on there end and blame it on boxes. The tech guy told me that they are over extending their network and sometimes certain areas will experience problems because of it. Really shotty service all around, randomly my Internet will stop working, or Google won't work but yet it works using my phone. Wtf is wrong with TWC?!

I had the same problem. They switched the box a couple of times for me, then a tech showed up and told me that it wasn't the box at all. The cable from the line to the house was old and in poor repair. He changed over the whole line for me.
Now, everything works fine. The previous several techs were just too lazy, or, didn't know enough about their jobs to do the right thing.

Manhattan has no problems. Do you have the real small thin box or the large on with the time on it?

I have the big box with the time on it. Thats the only box they have as far as I know.

Numerous times when I click on the menu to see info about what I'm viewing, what else is on, or to see what time the movie will end, the screen goes black, and "Please Wait" pops up. The wait sometimes lasts up to 5 minutes and I lose part of the program. I have to check things during commercials to keep from losing the story line. I have had constant problems ever since they changed the menu format last year. And once in a while, I have to reboot it with the 10 to 20 minute penalty. Changed a number of boxes and same thing, PLUS, the newer ones have only HDMI out and my VCRs don't have HDMI in, so I can no longer record with them through the box.

Maybe if enough people complain they will fix the problem,but seems very unlikely since they have a monopoly.
