Saw 2 cars slide off road. I think this is a major road last I checked. Snow emergency for what? Another city of utica smoke screen. This city sucks. As soon as I hit NH roads, all clear and treated. UTICA IS NOTHING BUT PHONEY. THANK GOD I DON'T LIVE THERE.

He also worked another full time job. The dpw is the job he slept at he would pull his jeep in the garage and sleep. Had no problem bragging about it. Same goes for most municipalties. People see them screwing off, talk about it but is any action ever taken?
