Anyone, who would think that no one will look at pics or files that has taken their pc in to anyone, HAS TO BE THE DUMBEST FK ON THE EARTH.Not going to defend the guy here. If he's a pedo then he should fry. But the bigger question here is this. In order to fix a computer, there is no need to go thru any files other than system files. Which means that the Best Buy crew has nothing better to do than go thru everyone's personal stuff on any computer that they get their hands on. Just as it's a crime for him to possess it, it should also be a crime for them to do what they did, because technically, once they "found" the info, they were themselves in possession of it also. No different than you taking your car to a garage to get fixed, and having the mechanic go thru your glove compartment, your trunk, tear up your carpets and interior and then say "oops, I accidentally found some crack in the car".
Not defending a pedo, but there's a bigger legal issue here that people don't see.
Can you read and comprehend that.
Your joke statement,-because technically, once they "found" the info, they were themselves in possession of it also.
Do you wear a helmet, can anyone be this fing stupid.
The possession falls on the hard drive, notice how the tech wasn't arrested fool.
