Evidently you're not familiar with the casino business. They are constantly changing and evolving to keep them fresh to keep people coming back. Obviously you've never been to any other casino because what you see this month probably isn't what you'll see next month and that goes for any successful casino.

I think you're the one who needs to get out more. Have been in casinos on three continents, none as lousy as the Turning Stone. Improvements can be a welcomed thing but when the payout percentage is as low as that at the TS, changing the decor and swapping out a few machines isn't much of an improvement or my idea of evolution. Hope your next job is at a real casino.

I think you missed the whole point. If payouts are low, simply changing the surroundings for the sake of change isn't going to bring gamblers back to the establishment. Turning Stone needs to re-evaluate the payout percentages and improve the odds if they expect gamblers to return. THAT would be change.

Well Internet tough guy I don't work for a casino. Obviously their payouts are working for them because the place is consistently packed. To me you sound like a bitter patron that lost money there not some jet setter you claim to be having been to casinos on three different continents. Casinos change just for the sake of change. It's fairly obvious your knowledge of a casino is limited to the turning stone.

But yet the place is always packed and is constantly expanding. Why do they need to change payout percentages? Please explain.

Not getting the crowds that they were getting at one time and more competition on the horizon.

Why in hell would they let people win once in a while when they have a bunch of asshats running loose in there thinking they're going to hit it big? They should put a sign out front, SUCKERS WELCOME!

They don't get it. They lose and suddenly the casino is tight. The casinos profits go up year after year. If you people really don't like it then don't go. Numbers don't lie.

The machines are to tight and people have noticed the change. They no longer have jackpots like they used to and the machines are even more complicated than the old ones. More people will be going to Vernon Downs or just stop playing, period.

I agree. U could hardly ever find a seat at the old superball keno machines. Sooo they rid of them. Have powerball keno now. No 25 cent ones just nickels and dollars. Can't get a nickel one. Many out of service. Was there on a Friday nite. Not half as crowded as Fridays before new machines came out. Once a week now maybe. Not worth the gas to get there and back. No fun anymore either.

Who cares? Once the states casinos get open and functional they will bury the turning stone anyhow. Just another dagger in that backwards area. So glad to see it.

The new diamond point system has been drastically changed. Now you will get $1 of credit for every $100 you play on the machine. You will have to play $1100.00 on the slot machine just to get a hamburg and soda at the restaurant.

I went there on Saturday morning to check out the new machines. Most of the powerball keno machines were down. After they got them up and running, they asked four rows of people to leave their machines. They needed to take the money out of the machines. This took about fifteen minutes. There were a lot of unhappy people who said they wouldn't be going there again.

I was up there Saturday night dropping stacks. I walked out with mad stacks. Luckiest night in a long time. I always win. I made over 80 stacks last year.
