Recently heard the DNA match found on Kim Simon on the night of her murder belongs to John Tuttle, formerly of Marcy, now rotting in hell. Just a rumor, of course, but from a very reliable source. Just thought the public has a right to know!

Don't know for sure but do believe they may have had mutual "friends".

How about poor Steve Barnes? That trial was nothing but a witch hunt.

When the DNA was found there were a number of people of interest, one or more was reluctant to provide their DNA for comparision. One of those is alive and well today.
After the DNA was matched Law enforcement started checking out one person in particular, who is alive and well today.

NOW, all of a sudden someone starts posting about the DNA matching a person whose name has never came up in regards to the investigation and just conveiently this person is dead.

This couldn't be the alive person of interst trying to place the blame on a person that is not alive and able to defend himself?
Or, could it be the DA's office unable to solve the case and looking for a scape goat so they are going to make it look like a dead person murdered Ms. Simon.

Whatever it is sad that anyone takes the time to use anyones name and claim that person was involved especially when that person cannot defend themselves.

There are some sick people on topix.

Nobody ever said John Tuttle killed Kim, just a rumor that his DNA was found on Kim. Get your facts straight before you talk sh@t!

I didn't say who did what, I was posting to stop idiots like you from making false claims against a man that is not around to defend himself. You must not be able to read.

Looks to me, the same poster over and over is trying to deflect blame onto someone who cannot answer back.

Funny, LA even after that had a DNA match continued to look at the same group of people and JT's name was never mentioned.

The truth hurts, doesn't it? lol. No false claims coming from me. Why are you so worried about JT's reputation? He never seemed to care much about it!

Excellent perception, though the person died Saturday, April 3, 2010. Between the slime cowering in the shadows to mock and the rest directing the light towards the wrong path hardly have enough mental captivity to fill a grape. No matter who was with Kim or had any interaction with Kim before she was killed is not who murdered Kim. The killer holds initials of MM. No not Mark. The person of interest is not well but a psychotic individual living with guilt draining what they can. Her last interaction will lead to DNA but undoubtedly stray from the true killer and people involved. Nice try pointing to a criminal with a sexual and destructive past to blame. Rumors from fairy land.

In time the answers will be made clear. Despite the rumors there is still time to clear the air and start again.
