seeing a needle is not prob cause to search,, i seen a weed case get thrown out of court in a state that had Medical marijuana the officer smelled it and searched and a higher court threw it out because just because he smelled it didnt give him the right to search ,,, and the person didnt even have a med marijuana license

they dont have to prove anything but you cant arrest both people also if walmart doesnt have the video of them stealing the items then how could they be charged

omg my father used to stock up on items all the time he would buy hundreds of bottles of items and store them who wants to keep going back and forth to the store daily and he had to take shots so if he breaks down on the road the people comeing to help arrest him,,,,,,,,,, come on please folks this is not a lawfull arrest unless they confessed ,,, the news should get the video FOIL it i will bet the officer violated their right,,, every cops car has a gps and a vidoe camra in them the gps reports every 15 sec to 911 so they cant switch the car cam

Come on guys, these losers stole a lot of stuff to resell. It isn't like they swiped a sandwich. How do we know there's no video? Retail stores don't advertise this sort of thing. AND.... they STOLE it. As for those who say no video, no arrest: I'd like to see your reaction if somebody came into your home and stole your stuff. Would it be ok with you as long as it's not on tape? I doubt it; you'd want to nail their hides to the wall.
