I'm not going back! Staff couldn't answer questions about the menu. My food was greasy and very bland. Terrible experience!

Americanized, processed fake Mexican food. Eat there at your own risk.

That does not explain the rude and arrogant staff at this shit hole! I don't like microwaved food. Give us good food at a good price served by friendly people. None of these are available at Pedro's!

I had a wonderful meal at Pedro's kitchen the other night. It was delicious and I cannot wait to go back! I stopped in on my way back from Sangertown Square mall. I was first enticed by the fun pictures painted on the outside wall. The inside was just as fun to look at. The staff was wonderful and friendly and it was the freshest and most authentic Mexican meal I have ever had. I spoke with one of the owners, Debbie, and she told me that they make everything from scratch each morning. Nothing is microwaved except to melt the cheese. It is definitely worth the few minute wait and tip. Beats Moe's and Taco Bell any day.

The food was disappointing, had to pay extra for anything I wanted on my taco. Cost me over $4, Taco Bell is better! Another "Mexican" place, "Two Tones Tacos", just down the road. Taco meat was very dry, but their portions and prices were better than Pedro's.

Pedro's is the only Mexican place I've ever seen that makes the customer choose rice OR beans to go on a plate.

WTF! Just slop both rice and beans on there you nitwits, instead of looking like cheep azz mofos!

rice OR beans. PUH-LEEZE.

place sucks.

The food was decent but the place lacks any real Mexican atmosphere. It amounts to a large room with removable ceiling panels. On the flip side, its a real opportunity for the owner(s)to get creative and set up an open kitchen and also have live entertainment to create an authentic Mexican experience. Other than that, it's your typical attempt at serving food with no frills or imagination. A cantina-like Mexican theme would be great for this area.

The best! The very best, most authentic mexican between Albany and Syracuse! True story! Quick service means quality, well-prepared staff, etc. You people don't want it slow, but don't want it fast either. Typical.

Quick service means frozen prepared food, microwaved until its hotter than the sun, and served to you in 3 minutes!

You are obviously just lying. My Wife and I are always amazed by the staff, they are laughing and seem to really enjoy working there. If you interpret that as "rude and arrogant" maybe you need to check yourself for a Heart Beat.

Yeah, I'm Pedro.....No wait, I'm Batman.
We love Pedro, but i'm afraid he would not be able to converse through text any better than he does verbally, he struggles with English as his second language.
