What happened to your precious boys in blue that you talk so highly of Robbie? Planting drugs in a Vehicle during a traffic stop. Hmmmmm makes me wonder? 2 cops on probation for misconduct, now find drugs that carry a felony charge in the car they pull over. Looks like the boys in blue are looking for a Purple Heart to take the focus of their probation misconduct. The coke came right out of THE BACK POCKET OF THAT OFFICER. WATCH THE FULL VIDEO B4 U.P.D. TAKES IT OFF THE INTERNET. I just want to say im glad Rob Palmieri is the mayor of utica and his son in laws are utica cops. Just goes to show you what the people of utica have to look forward to during this term. As for Rob Palmieri, put more black shoe polish in your hair and go bully everyone at city hall. Give this guy enough rope he will eventually hang himself.I say he last one term...if that

Hey dum dum. This is Ex-roefaro's police department. The one he gave the top three $30,000 raises, 15 minute show up pay and loaded with goodies contracts. Rob was given a twenty six card deck to work with and he will do the best he can with what he inheirited. So, get a life and do something productive with your life and if you see a crime report it dum dum.

Who was elected Mayor, O'Bama ? Is this going to be Palmieris answer for every wrong ? I inherited it. You are the Mayor, You can make appointments. These people are yours as of Sunday, no more blaming anyone. MAKE SOME CHANGES ...

Rob knows exactly what to do and has already taken steps to ease the tax burden but unfortunately our ex-king already approved what we are going to have to pay for years to come before he quit office. If you can read you would have already heard about how he' has helped taxpayers already and it only took him a week and yes we the taxpayers not the mayor have inheireted a hefty tax burden set in place by the one and only Roefaro. So get off your lazy butts and contribute something to our city that can help our new Mayor which is doing every thing in his power to help you. If you can't find a real life I'm sure Mayor Palmeiri can give you something productive you can do to bring pride back to our city. If not then it's your own fault your a nothing going no where.

As long as the existing department heads remain, I have no respect for this Mayor. Any elected politition makes changes in key departments, to fit their administration. No changes means he is nothing but a puppet of the old administration. Who can possibly think there aren't changes needed in Streets, Police and Fire ? I guess one person thinks it atleast.

I don't think you have any meat on your head seeing that you have such a thick skull. Mayor Palmeiri has enough on his plate besides chasing imaginary issues concocted for attention as we see your giving it. There are changes coming when the Mayor see's fit and not your meat head with a thick skull. Four days into his job our Mayor has already made more changes that king roefaro did in four years. Keep your shirt on it's cold outside.

Recall Palmieri and have another election. This wouldn't be tolerated if a Republican was in office.
