Of course he is legal....and they closed to remodel.

Pierre's Visa to live/work in the U.S. has expired, so yes he is here illegally. However he has outstanding warrants for his arrest in Canada so if he were to try and cross the border back into Canada he would be immediately arrested and held on the warrant.
If he were to be picked up here and his expired Visa was discovered off to jail he would go!!

closed to remodel???? i could have torn down and reebuilt the whole place by now... they been closed almost a full year... c'mon its a terribly wasted space
