More likely, the AD and Principal are doing EXACTLY what their boss (Nole) wants them to do which is to blame another great lifelong New Hartford teacher to cover-up their corrupt behavior. It's a sad situation.
Shoulda never let that goodfella out of East Jootica. There goes NH. Next thing you know there's gonna be blax brawling at Cavallos. Oh wait...Ahhh-fuggedaboudit!

Evidently, we do not have an "AD", although that is what is represented to us, we have a "teacher on special assignment" as the "AD" does not have the administrative qualifications to hold the position but whose salary of $87k reflects qualified AD pay. So it seems, our "pay more taxes" for the best most qualified employees does not apply in the "AD's" case. You're right, we deserve better for our money.

Vote NOle AlvaNOs or NO School Budget.

After the incident at Packy's Im surprised nothing changed. Its unbelievable that in this day and age someone could do that in pubic and still keep his job. When will NH get up in arms over the rampant abuse of thr rants in his yard off the creek? Someone has to get reel at the sight of secular division here.

NH Administration made the decision to let these kids skate around policy; Ed Prue had not a dog in the hunt.

It will be interesting to see if any other kids that quit a team (and that had denied another kid a spot on that team through tryouts) due to "emotional distress" because their ex-coach shows up in the stands, or because an opposing fan heckled them, or for any lame reason other than they don't get playing time and that are not the ADs daughter, or BFF, or related/friends of the administration are treated with such kind sympathetic understanding.

The Code of Conduct each athlete signs and the school policies regulating eligibility to play are meaningless at NH where it's who you know that regulates not just playing time (that's been going on for years like anyplace else) but much worse, nepotism now regulates all aspects of NH sport from coaching/all paid athletic positions (you'd be surprised who gets paid to drive the Zamboni, work security, etc., etc. and it all adds up to tax payer cash upfront and better retirements on the back end paid by tax payers) to who gets regular teaching positions to tryouts to quitting to drinking to smoking to academic standards, etc.. Where these issues in the past may have fallen into grey areas of abuse and tolerated only because of their infrequency they have never been more rampant or clearly abusive as they are under Bob Nole and Peter Alvanos.

Under the current administration it would be better to eliminate the Student COC at NH then to tell kids through practical example that their signature/word means nothing because it's not how you conduct yourself at NH it's who you know at NH that will be the defining issue when it's time to enforce policy or the Student COC.

It's time for an administrative change at New Hartford to bring back credibility to our kids and to our school.
