Ask Frank he screws up and yet where can you find him in the credit union with Michelle in her office sitting on his lap.

We have the best management around. I know how to run this company. I take right after my daddy. The topic above for Frank Z is incorrect. Frank is best.

Do they solicit the outsourced workers too? If they do, then they would make lots of $$$$$$, since there is so many of them!

Remember now folks for every dollar that you contribute to the UW, 91% of it goes directly to the CEO's salary, another 3% goes for his annual New Zealand vacation with his family, 1% goes for the fuel on his corporate jet, and the rest may go to your favorite charity,(BUT only if it is included on the list of UW recipients that are eligible for contributions from our CEO's discretionary fund. Terms may apply and the amount is subject to change without notice.)

Learn a lesson from this and contribute DIRECTLY to your favorite charity, if you are so inclined, and eliminate the costly, crooked middle man.
Christmas Party

Can't wait for the employee Christmas party at Danielles banquet hall. Please note, the Christmas party is funded 100% by the employees. No contribution by the company. Its a good time, except when Dougie and Brian L feel they should hand out gifts and give speeches. I hope this year they let the employee committee talk and hand out the prizes.

How many things will be smothered in sauce this year, ziti with sauce, macaroni with sauce, last weeks rejects with sauce, fried dog turds in sauce, armpit hair in sauce, wilting broccoli in sauce, stale cookies in sauce...shit on a shingle in sauce....find some other place to go that actually serves food instead of sauce on sauce.
Christmas Gift

Don't bother responding that we are lucky to get anything. The Christmas gift for employees has not been raised since 1970. In the same time period the executive bonuses have climbed astronomically. With the cost cutting measures against the rank and file no officer has forgone any part of their bonus or first class travel for the good of the company.

Very christian of you Doug.

Do any of you recall that one Christmas party(13-14 yrs ago) where COO: Doug, did his annual Christmas Toast .... you know the one where he thanked his wife for all his successes, and that she was such a loyal and endearing woman. Remember she sat there with that expression on her face amid at least 3 of the women he was "more than rumored" to have tapped or be tapping.
Every person felt sorry for her and more than disgusted with him. Talk about an uncomfortable moment.
But I guess you should expect that from someone whom is both morally and principally challenged.

Utica has been in business since 1914. Based on all posts, it sounds like utica national may not be around in the near term. can anyone tell me something positive that the current regime has done to improve the results of the company? if I am not mistaken douglas and comrades have been in power for 14 years? If the above is true, that UN is not performing well, how does one keep a job?

Remember when Doug called a company wide meeting to deny that he was stooping the only female senior vp that he promoted every time he moved. Since she was a dumb as a box of rocks, people that knew her knew the truth. Boy oh boy did that faux paux get a company wide reaction. He should have told her to shut up. Doug needs to hire Olivia Pope to manage him. At least Mike's replacement doesn't get into a pissin match on topix.
