All of you are in direct violation of company policy. We are conducting a search and we are aware of few employees who have made incorrect statements at this site. Those employees will either be terminated or be placed under review.

Then terminate them! You would be doing them a favor. If you treated your employees with an once of respect then they would not need to have this post. Can so many employees be wrong in posting how they are treated? Maybe UN doesn't care about employees because they know it is difficult to find another job. Is that a good reason to treat employees badly and with no respect? Respect works both ways! Why doesn't management spend time in a search on how to improve their own skills in instead of this sight. The poor loss ratio is due to management and not the everyday employees.

CEO.... What???? No response??? Why don't you terminate all of your employees except for management and see if management can even attempt to do the everyday work. Since you think your employees do nothing but complain you don't need them, right? Why don't you terminate yourself and maybe UN will have a decent loss ratio. You care so much about your community to campaign for United Way and donate one million dollars but don't you see your committment should be to your employees first. After all they are for the most part the community. Little things like providing coffee, etc boost morale. Get a clue and wake up please!!!!
Where would UN be if all but management quit?

If you really believe that message came from the company you've been spending too much time up in the hollow (you probably pronounce it "holler", but you know where I mean).

Let us take a guess? You must be in management to decipher that topix posting... or you are an idiot employee from the un.. Either way, Doug gives you special ham presses daily and makes you gargle with his flea pecker. Dont tell me, you choke on small bones and you like to snap dougie/managements rubber band with nut shell.

You guessed wrong. But here are two suggestions for you: 1) Change that awful name you're using; 2) Given the unintelligible nature of the rest of your post you might benefit greatly from getting a source of drinking water that's uphill from the landfill.

You do know, don't you, that the post to which you responded didn't come from the company. It was someone's failed attempt at humor. Also, you might try to improve your own skills by learning the difference between "sight" and "site".

Yes, after I sent the post I did realize that I should have been better at proof reading it. I know it should have stated "site" instead of "sight". Believe what you want, but I am educated enough to know the difference. I don't really care whether UN management wrote that post or if it was someone else attempting to be funny. I think I got my point across on how UN treats their employees, which is after all what is important. I have nothing against your posts or any reason to agrue with you. But what exactly do you want to point about my post? That I am stupid for writing "sight" instead of "site" or thinking management wrote the post? Did I state something about management that upset you? I'm just stating my opinion. Feel free to point out any of my grammer or spelling mistakes with this post. However, I think the issue should stay on topic about UN's management, loss ratio, high expense cost, AM Best rating and what is being done in order to save the company.

Oh, btw don't think for a minute the someone in UN management doesn't monitor the posts on this "site". My guess is that was the reason for the recent social media email.

Well, since you felt free to offer the management of the company some gratuitous advice, I similarly felt free to offer some to you. And as for your "grammer", I don't want to "agrue" about that either.

Oh, not just "the someone", but probably 3 or 4 people scouring Topix for good ideas on how to "save the company". They will certainly find some gems here.

Took your advice and went to the utica national landfill. I found your family... As for the name, it suits you perfectly. Therefore, no need to change.

Actually, the only advice I ever gave you was to 1) Change that awful name you're using for yourself, and 2) find a source of drinking water upstream from the landfill. You obviously haven't taken my advice on either score. I did not, and never would, suggest that you visit a landfill. I'm afraid you may have already been overexposed to toxic material from that drinking water of yours.

You can call yourself whatever you want. That's one of the great things about living in a free country. I doubt that your parents will like your new name any better than your old one though.

Why are you caught on parents? I guess that is your only way to vent, is to bring parents into the picture. Go back to your Utica National desk and keep on giving rim Jobs to all your co workers. Utica National is known for this. After you are done, assist your co workers for grammatical errors. Sounds like you are the gem to help turn this company around. In addition, get your parents to apply, they can assist Doug by bending over and taking it in the arse. I am sure the apple does not fall to far from the tree.
