Unless they posted at work you'll never know, and even if they did post at work, you better hope you have a IT person who isn't an idiot if the people know how to cover their tracks. There are way's around the network from knowing what PC is connecting to certain websites, but I doubt anyone in this place is that smart. So hope they did it at work.

Really? With unemployment and a bad economy? Yeah I'm gonna leave my job. Stupid. We can't leave this black hole of a company because they're practically nothing out there. People come on here to complain about this company because they're constantly firing and laying off full time jobs because they cost the company money. Why pay a full time person with a good salary and benefits when we can hire someone overseas at a lesser salary and no benefits. Unfortunatly there aren't many jobs out there. But rest assured if I find one suitable for me I won't even give this company a 2 week notice or even a notice at all. I'll start my new job and let them figure out I'm not coming back.

I don't get it, you sound like such a professional, well educated person why can't you find anything better?? I'm sure this company would struggle without you, you sound like such a keeper!! By the way what a great way to leave a company, how cleaver!!

This company treats people like dirt. I know of allot people that have left without two week notices. If I leave, I wont give them a two week notice. The professionalism in this company was thrown out the door many years ago. Currently, I just collect a paycheck...thats it...

Get ready for dougie and friends to provide the above to the employees this week. I heard through the grapevine an additional 100 employees will be let go. It's good to know they are hitting the sales goal. I never understood this terminology provided to us by management in meetings or quarterly reports. Could someone explain in insurance terminology how this turned the company into profits? Can anyone who works at Utica when was the last time the company made a profit..... how many years is the normal time frame that execs get to turn a company around?

Doesnt management use annual reviews to help the employee be more productive and efficent?Thats what management preaches. Doug should be taking the feedback from the topix users as a review. Its just constructive criticism. Hey Doug, I am writing this as I take a dump in the chitters right by the main doors. Every turd reminds me of the management that is in place. Call the plumber because there is to much chit and it wont flush. There are allot floaters too.

Back to the salt mines tomorrow. Nice article in the OD although it did not mention outsourcing overseas, the failed building or layoffs. Real puff piece. But there is that reception tomorrow and I am expecting a gift as an employee.

It was truthful that they will d anything for the customer. Anything for a sale. Unsaid was that they do not give a shiyt about the employees. Hope we last another 100. I need my salary and benefits sad as they have become.

Things might improve at UM with the huge demotion that recently took place. It was very long overdue. I have been told, by a very reliable source, that was responsible for several idiotic ideas that have failed including the millions and millions lost of Tenfold. If he had any dignity he would leave the company. How can he stay there and have any self respect.
