They're letting off people slowly and only a couple at a time to not get the media's attention. Someone will call WKTV anyway just like last time. Then Doug will be butt hurt and have a first hand sent out to scare people.

And the cailber of senior management is that they made this clown an officer of the company when people had been complaining about him for years. He was a bully and an incompetent do nothing. Now one of his drunk friends is an incompetent supervisor. Cut the dead wood people. Not the ones that are doing the work. With Dougs regime it is the end of an era at Utica national. The Era of them knowing what they are doing.
The company is teetering on the edge and going in the wrong direction.

The claims dept. They have been letting go of people here and there all week long. As mentioned above, management is being sneaky about it. They are trying to keep the media away.

If they didn't waste so much money on the downtown fail maybe you would still have a job. That would have truely helped the area.

lay offs

Cobleskill, NY

#352 Feb 6, 2014
Utica national since january steadily laid off employees. They are doing this to stay under the media radar. This lay off is. ranging from 50-100 employees. There is also.talk of laying off another 100 employees. Sounds like our company is in trouble. Get ready for annual reviews and action plans.
