Yup, the arrogant Bill Dodge was at the walk a mile in my shoes in his high heels. You don't think he would miss a chance to be on tv.

The Utica Mission once was about the people. Bill and I will not call him Reverend because a real Reverend would not treat people the way He treats people. The Utica Mission is now about Bill no longer the people. You have it right when you call him arrogant. His arrogance will get the best of him. it may take a while but many arrogant men have been brought down. Bill my suggestion would be get out of Dodge before it is to late.

To have the answer, I live in the area of the mission and I am very unhappy with whats going on with the mission. Their policies, direction and purpose have nothing to do with helping anyone. The mission has disregarded any care and concern for the neighborhood
or for the people who live there.

Sounds to me that the employees at the mission need to unionize. I'm sure the CSEA would like to organize this place. Have someone contact them.

I just got a letter in the mail from the Rescue Mission asking for a monetary donation for Easter Dinner. I hope the money being raised goes directly to the Rescue Mission food pantry !!

There is no food pantry at the Rescue Mission. Check the dumpster out. They'd rather throw food out than give it away. It's really about getting you to donate. The hope is that some will prefer to send cash. They throw out $1000 worth of food to get the $150 in cash donations. It's a scam. Anyone from any of the programs knows that. All employees know it. Dodge is laughing all the way to the bank!

The board is clueless.

700 Club has it right, Dodge is all about the almighty dollar. He is a hypocrite. He puts on a facad like he cares. The whole thing is a scam its all about him and his ego. You are correct the board has no clue what goes on at the Utica Mission.

I agree, it sounds like the workers need outside help and someone to advocate for them. Someone should take the suggestion and call. I know little about the Rescue Mission but from what I see written it sounds like the employees are suffering and have no one to go to bat for them. Put some pressure on the board and the leaders. I would bet morale is very low, that is what happens when you have leadership that is described in these posts. Get help!
