Lots of us has it right. dodge is no good, there are so many good people that have been hurt by him. If anyone is thinking about working there I must warn you. He will flatter you at first to get you in the door. Once your in he will treat you like his little pawn. Once people get to know him they see he is completely different. They see he is deceptive manipulative paranoid ego driven and demeaning. This is all the boards fault. They have not listened to the good people that have been hurt and damaged by this man. I have not worked there in a couple years but I would bet they have lost many more good people and will continue to unless something is done.

The truth about the Rescue Mission is that the Board of Directors has allowed dodge to do what every he wants. He has lied to them and mistreated his employees. Very soon the board will regret that they turned a blind eye. They will be held responsible for what they have allowed.

I was a volunteer at the Rescue Mission. Mr. Dodge was rude and treated me like a second class citizen. I would never help again. What people say about him is true.

I don't know this Dodge guy personally but I had an interaction with him once at my place of employment He was rude and demanding I tend to believe what the people have posted on this site.
