Morning After Pill now Over the Counter

A federal judge in New York has ordered the FDA to make the morning-after pill available OTC to people of any age.
The ruling overturns a decision by Health and Human Services to require a prescription for girls under 17.

Teens don't need a prescription to have sex, so they shouldn't need one to help protect themselves from the consequences of a broken condom.
