I just lost my car payment money! I can't believe it!I knew they were going up, but the reality is startling. We should not be sending one single cent out of this country to anyone else. This is crazy. I work 40 hrs a week, have for 35 years, work all the ot I can get -- and I'm going to have to give up cable??

The sad truth of the matter is that Alice will lose cable and people on public benefits lose nothing. They get all the cable and cell phone they want. Its really a pathetic system we have! The ones that work have to work harder and make less while the ones that get everything for nothing sit home laughing. In my opinion it is going to get alot worse before it gets better!

My income tax did not increase one nickel, and neither did yours(unless you make more than $400,000 per year)- our payroll taxes went up 2%.
For the majority of working Americans, this equates to around $2,000 per year or $75.00 per pay period.

You are correct! FICA went up the 2% we were reduced last year. It's not 2000 a year though because we live in Utica and most don't make 100,000 a year. So if you make 50,000 it will be 1000 more then last year and the exact same as you paid 2 years ago

All of you that are complaining about FICA going up, think back a year ago when Obama LOWERED individual FICA contributions to stimulate economy you morons: that ran out Jan 1st,2013. Obama did NOTHING but help you fussy little girls have more money to spend for a year.

Before you damn the president, use your heads for something other than resting your hair gel on....When will you dolts stop blaming "DEM's" for all the problems, every member of congress is guilty, not just a certain party.

Idiots.....

gas went up,water sewer went up,county, village, city, school taxes went up,library fees sneaked in went up,food costs went up,entertainment, cable, went up,car prices went up,thruway use fees went up,booze went up,cigarette went up,Restaurant, pizza, went up,Somehow I feel that we are getting screwed when congress and the president tell us that they are holding down our taxes. They can tell us that they are holding down taxes but we are getting the shaft by local officials who depend on federal and state help and are not getting it because our country is blowing it on wastefull defense budget that is over bloated and parinoid. This country is never giong to be taken over by anyone but we will self destroy ourselves by parinoid thinking and spending

It is wonderful to see this country get what they asked for. More is coming. Thanks for putting the White House in the driver seat as they take this country down the road of us being all broke and nothing to show for it.
