New York NY police are being sued by a couple claiming a cop smacked their Pomeranian mix dog out of their 20′ high window during a flawed raid on their apartment in search of a relative. While police admit that is what happened and that the dog didnít pose a real threat by itself, they say the officer needed to take control of the situation by shutting the yapping dog up somehow, but didnít intend for the dog to go flying out the window by smacking it. The couple also claims some items were stolen during the raid but police deny that claim.

They need to add Mayor Bloomberg to the list of defendants. He's the one that is in charge there right? Maybe it will make a point if they go after some of his money as well. Go right to the top and maybe they will see they don't have the rights they take away from others. Stick it to him too!!

the police are geting out of control and once again they will have powers taken away by the sleeping general population when it gets the nudge to wake up and push the politicians who are weasels to slowley remove powers from the police as they did in years past. Then you will hear all the crying again from the police ,but its their own stupid human fault.Whenyou give too much power to any one type of organization they will abuse it and lose it.
