Pal, I played, started and starred.... question is DID YOU EVER PLAY THE GAME or sports for that matter????? It makes me laugh because as a parent that played sports I expect my kids to work hard at and after practice..... so that they excel. I let the coaches coach them, no questions asked. My wife drops them off, leaves them and picks them up. Never will I ever watch a practice or ever speak to a coach other than to say hello, good job or Thank You. We work on sports specific stuff but the big thing is they are mentally tough. Coaches yell and scream but at the end of the day my kids are prepared and play hard. If they screw up and the coach yells at them, so be it. I am just a spectator and so are u.... the difference is I work w my kids so I don't feel like an idiot when they don't do well like you do..... Blame yourself for not knowing enough to help them or not having enough time to work w them. Too busy so blame a guy for actually trying to teach them the right way to play...... u are classless and clueless.<quoted text>
Same old former player BS. In your eyes you get better and better the further away from your playing days you get. Revisionist history I'm sure. Just because a parent doesn't find it classy that skip swears his head off while talking to kids doesn't mean his kid stinks it just means he thinks a smart coach can find a way to send that same message with a little more class.
If you won when you played I'm sure it wasn't because of you but I'm sure you carried a mean water jug in your day!
Mike Macchionne is a raving lunatic on one hand and on the other he is an excellent baseball coach and clinician.... You my friend don't know your ass from you elbow when it comes to sports.
