Who says you can't buy votes? That is exactly what these bonus's are. Now the 5000 loyal employees will surely vote for any candidate Halbritter chooses. They will also be more obligated to attend rallies, meetings, etc. and make sure that their employer doesn't collect taxes. I wonder if the Destito's get a nice gift from them too?

Here let me assist you sport, "that's their business". Got it Einstein?

They averaged $400/employee. Not too shabby, I wish someone would give me a bonus.

Nicccceeee 400.00 They work hard for that, I get a $1,000 bonus and i barely do anything. All companies should have Christmad bonuses, unless they dont celebrate christmas, then they shouldnt get anything.

The employee interviewed on WKTV News tonight got over $800. She is a dealer at the casino. I don't mind people getting bonuses, but when they can be used to influence votes, then it is a bad thing. What it boils down to is Five Million dollars to the employees, and Zilch, nada, and zip to Verona, Oneida county, and New York State.

You say that like it's a bad thing. What has this state done for you lately? State of disgrace.

be happy youre getting a bonus at all jerkoff!!! U know how many people working a lot harder than you get no bonus??!!?!? Only a moron would complain about getting FREE MONEY!!! Be happy that you have an employer who is flourishing in this troubled time with the economy at its current state. Stop complaining, and be thankful.

What about those poor employees that get nothing. They took everyone off guard and never mentioned any critera for who gets those bonuses like years past. Some of those 10% have no write ups. The 20% that got double, only got it because they are the bosse's favorites not because they are better at their job then any of the other employees.

Screwing the employees over all year long with high cafeteria prices, making the part time employees work well over full time hours for months and not giving them full time benefits, canceled yearly raises, and other cuts they made that hurt the employees paychecks. As far as I am concerned, the employees that are getting a raise, are getting their money back from what the casino took from them. Did the news mention any of that. Currently the employees health insurance is going up and coverage is going down.

they got the bonuses with taxpayer money because no state taxes are paid, they bought votes, those thieves that took it are lackies for halbritter and goons for the injuns.

Another moronic goof. Listen Cretin, You are paid with money that the public willing donated to the nonprofit organization. If that keeps inbreds like you off the streets for at least eight hours a day, then it is worth every penny.
