For $5.00 on Thursday between 4:00pm -6:00 pm, you can have the all you can eat buffet. That has got to be the most disgusting buffet I ever had. I think it is all the crap they cant sell during regular hours. They got a lot of nerve putting that food out there. The only good thing out there was the carved beef. I would not give that food to my dog.
So dont go

$5 doesn't buy you a Wendy's meal anymore. You're bitching about a $5 buffet? What kind of moron are you, anyway?

The answer is easy: Don't go. Makes for a shorter line and more food for the rest of us.

Hell, the desserts are worth the $5 alone. A soft ice cream cone is $3 now at a stand.

btw that $5 includes the drink too. What freaking planet are you from, you cheapskate?

I've had the buffet there twice, at full price, and the only compliment I can give is the best thing on it was the instant mashed potatoes and powdered gravy. Thought the first time might be a fluke, after the second time, won't be a third.

I was there a couple of weeks ago. I found the food to be wholesome and delicious. However, a couple of hours later I had to take a huge dump featuring peanuts, corn and blood. It was really bad and I had to get a snake to free up the bowl again so my lady friend, Trixie, could use it. She had the same situation. Needless to say, it was strictly a BJ that night!! Wild times - we'll be back.

People worry about that buffet makes me laugh. Last I knew there was a chef from Turning Stone there. I had the food there and as a chef myself it wasn't that awful bad. More restuarants than you know use instant potatoes and gravy. But they sometimes doctor it with beef juices on the gravy and sometimes on the potatoes they mix in some real mashed to make it look real. The buffet for $5. is a great deal. It's only food that they made too much of. And all food there is monitored so you can be assured it's good. And it sure is better than McDonalds food which has so much chemicals in it that causes cancer. Look it up.

Last year the food was horrible. I am routing for the track because it is a beautiful track. I think a little paint and windex would go a long way. If they would put a little better quality into the Buffett even if it means downsizing the choices for quality it would be better or if they switched the choices every other week instead of all at once. I hope it improves because there is nothing like eating with that scenery in this area it actually is a hidden gem. If they went a little more Utica style with the food and hire a chef from a local restaurant it could take off. As for the grandstand if you gave me 100 grand I could make it beautiful with just painting and cleaning. That being said it is still one of the best and cheapest nights out for a family around

Plus it wouldn't hurt to have a real commercial which shows the view and eating area which would attract people especially if they announce an improvement. I don't even think young couples in the area even know what a night out it could be if they had good food and cleaned it up a tad bit. Me and my wife were shocked at he scenery when we ate there our only complaint was the quality even though it was cheap. I'd father pay a little more
