I don't need to 'Be careful'! The FBI and IRS already knows the attorney on record. There's nobody in this town I'm afraid of. I'm certainly not afraid of the truth or who it hurts. This is a disgusting law firm. If theyre not embarrassed by whom they represent and are friends with, they shouldn't be worried who knows about it.

A few years ago, a family member of only 15 years old, was assaulted (attempted rape) by a local business owner. He plead Guilty and put on 3 years of Probation, registered as a Sex Offender and his wife divorced him.

This young girl was left traumatized, had to undergo extensive counseling of 2 years, and had to be tutored from home during that period. I took her to see Brindisi about suing this guy to help pay for all her medical expenses.

He said - "let me look into his financial background and I'll call you". About a week later, he did call only to tell me this local businessman did NOT have "deep pockets" and the business was in another person's name and his law firm would not be able to touch it. He declined to take our case!!!!!

This law firm is only interested in the Big Bucks - has no ethics about injustices. If the money isn't there - they don't want the case!!!!

I hope now that the Federal Government has completed their investigation of this case and the underhanded way these people managed to get away with their faud for as long as they did, Brindisi will be the next one targeted (as he should have been many years ago). Does anyone remember the Coke Ring that was busted that dealth with the "rich and famous" of New Hartford and Utica many years ago? Brindisi was alleged to have been the main dealer of this ring - and got away with it (no arrests ever made).His son and daughter allegedly hate his guts.
