Make these old timers who are making 70,80 thousand a year retire and give these young people a chance to use the education they paid thousands for. Hard to put a price on a good teacher but do they need to suck the community dry so they can retire making more then when they were working. RETIRE, SO OUR YOUTH HAVE A JOB TO APPLY FOR.
