WKTV Morning Show

[The Worst Ever]

The new combination of Boston and Powles has got to be their worst pairing ever. Neither can get through one story with stumbling through the lines. It's terrible. I wish WUTR would start a morning show. They do a great job with the evening news and are just so much more professional.

Plus can someone tell me why WKTV cuts off the sides of the picture? WUTR fills my screen and is much clearer.

I thought WKTV was the "Most Experienced", so how come they deliver such a subpar product?

I never watched sports so I never realized how bad Jason is.
He makes so many errors I can't believe they keep him on.
In addition to my pet peeves about Jenel (Happy whatever day of the week it is and Sooooooooooo glad you're with us) she reads the news like she is reading a story book to first graders.
Her inflections sound like someone trying to tune a violin.
When I know she is going to say Billlllllllllll I actually put my pillow over my ears.
I think we need to appeal to the stations paid advertisers to help force a change because obviously our concerns are falling on deaf ears.
And once again they should split the three up so there is no small talk and chit chat between them.
Also remove coffee mugs, water bottles and cell phones from the desk.
Stare into the camera, read your lines, go to break.

Hope WUTR reads this thread. They should start a fund raising campaign to start a morning news show. It would be sucessful base on how many people just can't stand WKTV anymore. Everytime you think they are going to straight it out and it can't get any worse it does. Best of all they think their cute with their chit-chat...they should watch theri own replays so they can see how silly they look and act. Come on other network...get the morning show going. You will attract all the advertising money base on ratings. Right now they have no other choice but WKTV!

So, this morning there is a serious fire in Utica. Any info? Nope, just what they heard on the police scanner. There was video and a story about a 5 alarm fire in Chicago overnight.

Plus, Powles reads a story about the snowmobile accident up north with his phone in his face. Probably reading it off someone else's website.

WKTV must be the worse Moring show in the counrty. Can't believe we don't have a better choice...doesn't this set up an oportunity for another station. It wouldn't take much to make people swicth thereby forcing them to staighten out or go out!

I don't understand why WUTR does not have a morning news. It can only be an hour and that would be fine, but to listen to these two for two hours is tourture. Why can't WKTV see it. I thought Don Shipman was bad but he is like Tom Brokow compared to Jason. LOL
