Why are you surprised. The people do nothing but bend the law their way. And they certainly wont care about what is being said here about them.

And Law Enforcement professionals wonder why the public has lost all respect for them.

maybe she shouldn't have been going that fast, on a ramp yet and should have paid more attention to road conditions. People do stupid things then try to blame others for their actions.

Listen these hacks that patrol Yorkville, NYM, Whitesboro, Whitestown, New Hartford are out of their corrupt ass minds!

Lets give an example: I have witnessed i dont know how many times an above mentioned patrol car with a car pulled over say in front of Voss on the Blvd. in a driving lane for some dumb nonsense like they have the right to do that. I dont know how many times i've had to stop myself from walking right over and asking the cop "just exactly wtf do you think you are doing"? I mean how many ppls lives are they putting in danger because they are flucking dumb and not following protocal for a stop?

I dont approach them because i'm sure i'd be in cuffs quickly and i have just alittle more sense than the aretard w/the car pulled over in a busy driving lane. In closing if a cop attempts to make you stop and put your life in danger like this take it upon yourself to stop your vehicle in a safe area free of oncoming traffic. In the Voss example theres a sunoco station directly across the street and that would be a much safer place to stop. If they dont like it tell them to get bent.

I will be calling the state to report this behavior soon and i feel guilty because we now have somebody almost dead because of ignorant local cops breaking the rules and laws of their very own pull over protocal.

Interesting points I hadn't realized but that's true.

Several times I've seen them screwing with people they have pulled all over the right of way and thought: Yeah, so if someone comes along and hits THEM it "won't" be their "fault" because as we see, the majority of the cops there are fakes and they do as they wish thinking people don't notice.

The sheriffs dept was back on the scene saturday after 10am reconstructing the accident again. must be the report blew away in the wind the first time they did it. I wonder how long it will take to make the findings public if ever.

I saw Chief Wolanin in the ladies room at Gibson Park reenacting the kitten scene.....he said the two kittens were observed earlier playing with lighters and duct tape!

Say what you want, to blame the lady. The fact is, Wolanin stopped in the driving lane with no warning lights. The Sheriff's Department states he will not get a ticket because the Vehicle And Traffic Law that applies to this DANGEROUS VIOLATION endangering other users of the highway,in this case the lady motorcyclist, DOES NOT APPLY to police officers. In other words, had it been a normal citizen, they would be held at fault and WOULD receive a ticket. That alone speaks volumes that Wolanin is still at fault but won't get a ticket because he's a supreme being! You didn't really expect that it would be otherwise did you?! A police officer should be held to a higher degree than a normal citizen due to their training and experience.

In that Charlie Sheen sort of way.

I don't see where anyone said they hated cops, but with your pathetic loser attitudes it's easy to see why you people are repulsive and immature. I think we take issue with you PHONY cops unless this, and all these other discussions here and on radio are lost on you.

You confuse yourselves but fool no-one else when you call yourself a "good guy". We see what you people really are.

How about this one... a local PD officer whose name I wont say goes driving around a neighborhood in an older sedan car with no plates.... it gets reported to 911 and a photo is taken of the vehicle. The guy reporting it follows the guy and waits for an officer to arrive to investigate. Then the guy who made the 911 call gets in trouble! What about the off duty police officer driving no plates etc...single white guy...unmarked older sedan in a neighborhood full of kids??? Why didn't this officer get cited for driving without plates??? So corrupt! BS

Not only was the police officer violating the V & T Law for NOT displaying his plates, he probably didn't have any because it is unregistered, another V & T violation, and more than likely UNINSURRED which would be loss of his driver's license, a huge fine, and a $300.00 civil compromise to DMV to get his license back. Plus, vehicle is supposed to be towed away at his expense and can be confiscated for the insurance violation, with his permanent loss of it. That's what would happen to you or I.
