Yes Cuomo has to find a way to give illegal immigrents voting rights and free college education to them and the inmates. Shutting down the prisons and giving each inmate a assault rifle in a fast and furious agenda so then he can continue his gun grabbing agenda. Taxes will be raised, welfare and the minunum wage raised should make for a perfect liberal socialist uneducated NYC crack smoking utopia, who needs the constitution! they say everybody votes democratic in NY. Please vote these idiots out in November

You asshats are morons. These people - that is convicts, get released in the county they committed their crime. 90% of the time it's New York county that is NY city. This nonsense farce perpetuated like such notable fools like mr. Riggie and company is nothing more than ignorance. If there are scums among us they are simply homebred.

I never made any claim to where convicts are released. Please show me where I said that.

Sigh. Reading comprehension. Utica needs more of it.
When the facts don't say what uticans want they just start making things up.

BAHAHAHA!!! Remember when a Utican tried to claim that "pizza in America as we know it was invented in Utica. You can't believe everything that Wikipedia says."???
HOLY SMOKES I ALMOST DIED OF A HEART ATTACK.
Yeah. That's another typical utican response about not believing the Internet...but only when it proves a utican wrong...which is usually a 100% success rate. I still remember the guy saying that beer was invented in utica and the sad part he was 100% serious. Wow.

I'm convinced there truly is some sort of bubble around that area that isolates them from the outside world.

Right. And yet the reference that they use? "Uncle Tony told me. It's TRUE! REALLY."
Uh huh. Just like how Wegman's has a "gentlemens agreement" with Hannaford. No, wait, Price Chopper. No, wait... Tops. Yeah. And there ain't any Price Choppers West of 81.(pssst.... ignore the two that already exist in Syracuse...) It's true because my uncle Tony, who works a Price Chopper store in Chutica, heard it from their boss, who heard it from their cousin in Frankfort, who heard it from their aunt in Sauquoit.
And it has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Wegmans determining that Chutica is not a financially viable market. NOT AT ALL.
And remember when Forbes ranked the Mohawk Valley as the least business friendly? And then Uticans said, "I don't read that magazine! Those were arbitrary ratings anyway! They should score regions' business viability by [tomato pie flavor, house prices, how fake-talian the people are, amount of meth flowing in the streets, etc etc]!!!"
Well duh... to be fair across the board the ratings NEED TO BE ARBITRARY YOU IDIOTS.
Forbes is just jealous.
