This from UPD: Investigators have learned that a male was accidently shot in the abdomen after his gun discharged when he threw a jacket on top of it while it was on a dresser. The man legally possessed the gun and no charges are expected. His injuries are considered non-life threatening. Victim: Kenneth Loope (79) Palm Bay Florida He live in Florida how does he have NYS gun permit
