Bill Holtslag. He was fired from 2 soft drink companies for alledegdly stealing. He was a D.P.W. Commisioner that tried to fire union workers. He later was hired as a union member.

As a union memeber he ran for union steward and won.Bob Abounader spoke into his ear.BoB told him if he cooperated bob would do him a favor. He then tried to fire union members just like he tried to do when he was comissioner.

bill holtsag is a no good jolly green giant. All he does is rob from the city by slepping all night. And i know for a fact he lives outside the city. There even was a incident where he tryed to fire union brothers when he was the shift union stewart.
