The problem is not letting kids play to their ability! The game should be taught with instinct! I think the kids have a tough enough time trying to get the play right instead of using their ability to use their instincts! Football is a game of reaction and basics, not a game of military do what is on paper. Throw the paper out and let them play. You see a lot more instinct on the sandlot field than you do in a game at the high school level! Players are not robots but we make them to be! How do you call time outs on 3rd and 12 and 4th and 13 in the second half? Those plays should already be known in a walkthrough, they have no idea how to handle to correct situations! For example in the first game you should have knelt on the ball with 1:50 to go and punted because your defense is your heel this season, instead you get creative and fumble and lose the game! Tonight finally a first down pass in the 4th quarter to thrown Indian River off and its 2nd and 3! Run Forrest Run!!! Instead lose ten yards to make it tougher by passing again? I could have made a better decision by just watching! If you run the same play with the same formation my 2 year old will see the repetition! Where are the different sets to run the same play? Or why not use the wide side of the field with the speed you have, instead run 3 consecutive plays on the short side of the field which is easy to defend! Kids in other programs know what to do in those situations with instinct, instead they follow a robot and have no clue what to do! Put your kids in the best situation to excel, don't have them guessing, they have a harder time trying to grasp the play then to play their position!

I'm thinking whitesboro loses to new Hartford this year and the score will be 28-14.

Not even close, New Hartford will be destroyed by the Big Blue Machine. School closed on Monday because the "Fartin Spartins" will be on bed rest if not in the hospital. Like score will be 50 to 2 Whitesboro. GO BLUE!!!!!!!!!!

Too small and too slow to win. Simple as that.

Instinct played much football and coaches, you need two things to be successful in football and in life, heart and discipline.

Too small agree 100%, not too slow, they are fast, need to utilize that more. They are too small to go up the middle, you are right. Plays should be towards the wide side of the field to use the speed, using the short side of the field is not looking good for this team.

Fast players score touchdowns because they can't be caught. This results in points which they are lacking. Slow and small.

Wow. Whitesboro screwed by the officials for three straight weeks. I know this because it's never their fault when they lose

lmao hey tommy boy how did the film on esm look today, you got big problems your offense looks awful.keep running the same plays because you believe it will work open your eyes. and don't make any changes with your players they got you to 0-3. maybe some of the other 45 people you have on the sidelines can help don't you think.
