What do you think will be the first sign it hits Utica ? What do you think the long and short time issues will be ?

Utica is already in the toilet. The sequester can't make the worst any worse than it is now.

Besides, Utica is always behind the national trend anyway. Any effects to be felt here will be awhile before it hits anyway. Hell, other areas will be recovering by the time Utica is on its way down. Truth!
