Um, they are being sued for civil damages AND being prosecuted for criminal charges. They were indicted by a Grand Jury on the criminal investigation into this.

A grand jury is a joke. They are steered to the conclusion the prosecutor wishes. The grand jury hears a ONE sided story. AGAIN IT'S A JOKE.

Their non-compete clause with fiber douche was thrown out of court months ago. This bs will be dismissed on the first motion, if not Brennan will have plenty of explaining to do in front of a board of his peers. As far as Civil Court, good luck at that one to.

The non-compete clause for employees and former employees is applicable for civil court, not criminal court and there is nothing improper about them that it would be "thrown out of court". Highly doubtful that happened. Besides, non-compete or not, much of the evidence alleges they used this information from Fiber WHILE still employed there. No civil court will toss that lawsuit.

Both cases will expose these frauds for the lowly theives they really are, bet on that.

wrong you so are! Loose lips sink ships and when a couple of them bragged about what they were doing, you bet they are guilty and are going down. Now it is just a matter of which of the four will roll over on the other three. First one to talk gets the best deal.

You have no fkin clue. Are you still unemployed?

Their non-compete was challenged and thrown out months ago.

The information they supposedly took wasn't some secret invention and they didn't steal paper towels from men's room. They are accused of stealing confidential clients. Clients they would never have know about if it weren't for being employed at fiber douche. Clients such as AT&T, Verizon and other that even you could have Googled. It's a smear campaign and joke.

They all have seen the evidence. There is nothing there except a lawsuit for false arrest.
