Sounds as if the two of you share that beautiful paid off trailer house together. Is it a double wide? Both of you are fkn clowns! I could give two shits about the nano factory, I just find it simply entertaining that some jerk off that tries to act above everyone only makes $145k (well that is the claim anyway). I almost feel sorry for the chump, acting all high and mighty but poor thing really isn't shit. Oh well it has been fun loser, thanks for the laughs.

The reason why most of us are excited is because finallY this city will begin to get educated people moving here and needing homes and quality Condos to buy and/or rent. It will also be so nice to see educated people shopping in our Malls besides the current scum living off from whatever Welfare and Food Stamps give them.

Now we all understand why the "new" arterial is being built and the Wall being put in place closing West Utica and all the trash that lives there out of sight.

Now all they have to do is wall off Cornhill and this City can return to what it use to be 50 years ago.Hopefully, rents will increase beyond what Section 8 will pay and all the black New York City trash will leave.

I'm surprised that nobody has yet mentioned that, if this were to actually happen as presented by the politicians, this would still not increase the population or the number of jobs to pre 1990's levels. If you are old enough to remember, back around the mid 1980's we had a large number of high paying jobs from companies such as GE, Chicago Pneumatic, and a bunch of others. All these companies were gone by the mid 1990's. Even if we get the promised 1,000 jobs from the nano projects, it still will not come close to what we have lost. Remember that even back in the 1980's, when Utica had more good jobs, the area was still well behind almost every other place in income and quality of life issues. This nano plant won't result in many noticable changes.

There is no "plant" planned. No product. No jobs. Look CAREFULLY at these silly press releases. Look carefully at these groups and companies. They don't make chips. They make equipment in their already existing facilities.

Says another loser who doesn't know their "your" from their "you're". Amazing. I don't think the nano nanos need Utica idiots whose only claim is HS football "stardom". That's why the area is full of drunks, addicts and retards. Few people from the are would get hired even if these people were actually making a chip plant there, which they clearly aren't. Another grand announcement of 0 substance from the goof governor.
Give it up people.

Remember these people stuck there all act like that's a total impossibility yet to anyone with a degree outside Utica it's pretty common in my county. To them a 90k job is like bigfoot! The funniest thing about this is that nobody said anything about a foundry!
