If we use the U.N. description of Agenda 21, it could mean a Healthier, more sustainable World.
If you use Glen Beck's "interpretation" of Agenda 21, it probably looks much more Dystopian.

How is moving people into the cities more sustainable or healthier? With the qualiy of air decreasing in many cities, and the infrastructure to provide for these people increasing in cost how is this positive? Wouldn't it be more sustainable to spread our population out and encourage people to grow some of their own food?

Your description does not comport with my reading. Perhaps, as with many things we look at this as more "rorschach" than reality.

From what i have read, here's what Agenda 21 really is. Standing for "Agenda 21st Century," it's a completely non-binding UN agreement that aims to address climate change and inequality by calling on local and federal governments, NGOs, and businesses, to develop plans to create more sustainable environments in their respective nations. The UN believes that by working together, and giving financial assistance to developing nations to promote sustainable living, wealth disparities can be reduced, indigenous populations can be protected, and the deterioration of ecosystems around the globe can be reversed.
If you ask the environmentalists who are growing more and more concerned with a warming, crowded planet what they think of Agenda 21, they'll say it doesn't go nearly far enough. Especially after new reports by the UN about record levels of greenhouse gases and the atmosphere, and a report by the World Bank on the global economic impacts of a planet that's 7-degrees warming by 2100 as a result of climate change.
But, as you'd expect from a plan to reduce poverty worldwide and use resources and land in more eco-friendly ways, wealthy oil barons and banksters are opposed to it. When people, governments, or organizations talk about things like sustainable energy, corporate responsibility, and educating the world's children, billionaires like the Koch brothers get a little uneasy.
And Charlatans like Glen Beck are all too willing to Scare Idiots for them.

SOUNDS LIKE SCIENCE FICTION...OR SOME CONSPIRACY THEORY...BUT IT ISN'T.
Agenda 21 is taking away FREEDOM and giving CONTROL to some world wid authority.

UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is the action plan implemented worldwide to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all energy, all education, all information, and all human beings in the world. INVENTORY AND CONTROL.

According to Agenda 21 human activity needs to be tightly monitored, regulated and controlled for the greater good. Individual liberties and freedoms must be sacrificed for the good of the planet. If you are thinking that this sounds like it is exactly the opposite of what our founding fathers intended when they established this nation, you would be on the right track. Those that promote the philosophy underlying Agenda 21 believe that human activity must be “managed” and that letting people make their own decisions is “destructive” and “dangerous”. Sadly, the principles behind Agenda 21 are being rammed down the throats of local communities all over America, and most of the people living in those communities don’t even realize it.

Do you really think it is a good idea to put flouride in your water? It really bothers you when the term conspiracy and fact can be put in the same sentence doesn't it? It appears to be working. Fl, has an elecronegativity of 4.0, on a scale of .1-4. What does that mean? That means if an electron is present flouride has the greatest affinity to take it away from another molecule. DNA is a molecule. This means it rips electrons out of DNA structure. THIS is what causes cancer, allergies, mutations, deletions, autism, mental retardation. It isn't good for you and there is no scientific study anywhere that says that flouride is in any way beneficial to our teeth when added to drinking water. Flouride is added to your drinking water as flouridic acid. It is one of the most caustic chemicals around. There was recently a spill in a parking lot of a water treatment facility. It melted the pavement. If you think hat is something you should be drinking daily you should be instiutionalized. Walmart actually sells Sulfuric acid (flouridic acid is stronger by the way) for car batteries right off the shelf. Perhaps you should go on down and a drop to your kids water everyime they are thirsty. It's good for their teeth!

Mike, you would be better off sharing information on a website and focusing on driving traffic there. Many if these folks just want to collect a check. Keep up the good work.

you're a moron. Fluoride added to water is NOT in the form of fluoridic acid. It is Hydrofluoric acid, or hydrogen fluoride.

So when it is dissolved in water and the hydrogen comes off (the definition of an acid) what is it called?

Science evolves, cigarettes were also not frowned upon for hundreds of years either. You may be right, I may be right. Still don't think its a good idea when there is no health benefit.

Mikey, this is from the CDC website(sorry it's not alex jones)
As noted in Oral Health in America: A Report of the Surgeon General, community water fluoridation continues to be the most cost-effective, equitable and safe means to provide protection from tooth decay in a community. Scientific studies have found that people living in communities with fluoridated water have fewer cavities than those living where the water is not fluoridated. For more than 50 years, small amounts of fluoride have been added to drinking water supplies in the United States where naturally-occurring fluoride levels are too low to protect teeth from decay. Over 8,000 communities are currently adjusting the fluoride in their community’s water to a level that can protect the oral health of their citizens.
