No, they have a transporter room in the back of Chesterfields and everybody gets beemed up to Albany.

If Utica's DPW were to build a tunnel,
It'd probably collapse!

And Utica's fat politicians would
NOT be able to fit in it!

Yes, there is a tunnel that goes to Albany. I walk through it all the time.
There is also a tunnel that leads to Miami Florida. I like to run through that tunnel.

I don't know about tunnels coming TO Albany, but I know PERSONALLY, that there are tunnels IN Albany. One of them leads from the Capital Building to the State Office Building. There are two others that I know of; but since I did my own exploring, go out and do some for yourself!!! Enjoy the search! These tunnels are not "drive through". They're strictly for walking and none of them are natural.

When Ed Hanna was Utica mayor, it was rumored he had a trap door installed in his office so if someone came in complaining, he'd press a button and the person would be transported to a isolated torture chamber where the person would never be heard from again. The only other person who knew about this was Benny Rotundo.

Yes there is even a conveyor belt system in the tunnel leading to Albany - it's for all the confiscated guns, weapons and firearms. Why? Because transporting them on the thruway would be too obvious.

Yah there's tunnels all over the place going into every home in NY right to Albany... Its how Cumo screws everyone in the azz constantly, in the middle of the night he slips in rams a couple real hard then expects us to wake up like nothing happened....Its why he wants the safe gun act.. He knows sooner or later someone is gonna pop him one before he sneaks another one by them...

Quite seriously. I have been thinking about this topic for some time because I am interested in the concept of underground activity. I would be interested in any response from Utica. There are no tunnels I am aware of that run from any one City to another but in Cities it is different. In Albany for example 1) There are storm drains that channel old creeks and they run under certain roads. One such is along lower Sheridan Avenue. 2) There are storm drains that double as sewer drains and carry water and effluent to cleaning areas where the water can be treated before it is returned to rivers or other sources. 3) There are tunnels or corridors that connect electrical and cable lines. 4) There are sewers and there are drains for water run off.

If you were going to sneak into the edge of the City you could use the storm drains that empty into the Hudson River. These are tunnel like drains a person could fit into and move quite a distance into the city.

In the Balston Spa area a few miles north and west of Albany there was a recent story about a boy (I believe 14 years old) who fell into an open sewer drain and flowed along with the effluent underground and was recovered alive at an industrial site a couple of miles away by emergency workers.
