At this rate, we are considering boarding up every entrance to the mall. No body comes here any more and we just do not know why.

Did Subway leave as well?

I am glad there are plenty of Jewelry stores in the food court as options to eat at. Oh, right, they don't have any food there.

Yeah, we lost Subway too. That is okay though, we will find another tenant to fill the space and pay $15000 a month to us, we don't have a Jared's yet.

They don't have the same variety of stores they used to. No more toy stores, book stores, and plenty of places to eat, also no theater. The theater really pulled people in. Too many clothing stores. Also, when you get hungry, you leave and don't come back. I went to Carousel two weeks ago--really booming, so is Crossgates in the Albany area. Looking at Carousel and Crossgates you would not believe we were in a recession.

-Forever Leather's new store is 1/2 the size of the old store, not sure how that would be considered an expansion.
-Subway lost their franchise because they were not using "Subway" branded products.
-Who's the "retard" now???
-Sangertown Square Mall is a ghost town compared to the other two malls referenced, but next time you go to one of the other malls, look to see how many packages all of those shoppers are carrying. Not many!

I miss the days when the Mall had a good food court, McDonald's (forced out because they would not pay the higher rent), Pizza Hut Express (forced out by Sicilian Delight being tight with management, and getting them to raise the rent), a movie theater (which was supposed to be upgraded by Regal an equivalent of what is in Carousel or Crossgates, and even had some advertisement down in the Target wing until they dropped it all, and there was even the THEatery idea), a bookstore (Management signed a deal that kicked Walden out when they went exclusive with Laureates (sp?)),
Taco Bell (didn't they jack their rent as well),
a toy store (not Sangertown's fault, since KB actually went under), and so many other stores. The place was great, but now with Circuit City abandoned, and so many vacancies, and nothing in the food court, it is hard to make myself go there. Sometimes I do go, but just to Sears, and have no reason to venture in further.
