Those 80k-90k jobs aren't going to uticans my man. They won't even be living in the utica region. Lol
They will be spending money here. They will have an operating budget of 500 million dollars at quad C in Marcy my man. With over 900 workers to start. Not your typical piss ant project
I am glad you show so much interest in Utica and you live in Clifton Park NY.

Taking into account the current track record and previous history of all things Utica, it is not likely that any of this will come to fruition. Utica is the land of big speak and little to no action.

This growth is becoming contagious.
hahahahahahahahhaahah

"...ZoomTan, GNC and Game Stop." Great stores to turn the economy around. How does that generate wealth? It doesn't. It just take money from neighbor A and gives it to neighbor B. You need to bring money from outside the area into the economy.

Unless people from out of the area are going to flock to Utica to geta tan.

Typical rubbish.

I rather wear rosy glasses then foggy glasses any day of the week. No one can deny the facts. Many buildings Harza,HSBC,GE Building and Bossert Site and where Bass Pro is going. Lacked development for years. Now something is going on extremely positive. You can
not deny the facts.
Plus, 900 jobs up at SUNYIT in Nano. 80,000 to 90,000 dollar a year jobs. Where will they live? They will be consumers in our restaurants and retail stores. Is that bad? Is that not rosy? That 1000s said would never never never happen. Well pinch yourself,it is happening. We are going in the right direction. Do we have a way to go? Yes. But,right now I love what I am seeing.
Ah yes...they mythical chip plant. I've been hearing about this since 1992. Yawn....

More smoke and mirrors. That is the only thing that keeps getting born again, over and over. All talk, no action. Five little kiosk type stores won't add much to the local economy. As far as Zoom Tan is concerned, everything I ever hear or read about the tanning industry says that it is a fading business, and has been in a steady decline since it peaked about ten years ago.
