Dudley Ave. is "D" Block

Cornhill used to be beautiful. Now it is an economic and social disaster. Poverty, crime, drugs, tattoos, prostitutes, potholes, massive public assistance, blight, helplessness, etc.
A friend told me recently that some folks in Cornhill refer to Dudley Ave. as "D" block. How sad. That's terrible. It's not funny. Things are going to boil over someday, and then we're going to be in big trouble.
Don't Bob Palmieri, Russ Brooks, Mark Williams, Jerome McKenzie, Frank Meola, Samantha Testa, etc., have a plan to help Cornhill, and restore opportunity to the neighborhood? These people are supposed to be experts, so why aren't they producing success? It seems like they have no clue what to do. I don't think any of them is well educated. How did these people get these jobs?
Please help me. I would like some answers.

So Dudley Ave, D block as you call it... What type of people live there? What kind of people live in the "bad" part of towns across the USA? We all know.
