You have two choices.

you can go to this webs site: http://www.nycourts.gov/courts/5jd/

or you can go to this web site:
http://www.courts.state.ny.us/

Each one is a proper place to find out how to report a judge within the 5th Judicial District, which contains Oneida County.

I would also suggest that you get the judge's name correct.

It is Support Magistrate Christine M. Barry.

The Chief Magistrate for the State of New York is this gentleman. I sent a complaint to him about Steve Hagg-ASS! Here is his e mail. Good luck!

[email protected]

This is the office you complain to for a magistrate. The others are where you report a judge. The grievance committee is where you report a lawyer. Believe it or not... Keith Eisenhut is on the review board!!! He should be their poster boy for lawyers to REPORT to them!

Bob Barry is an idiot to divorce Christine. Happened a long time ago. She is better off without him. She also is very pretty and I would love to ask her out on a date.

Well, all you need to do is bring in medical documentation attesting to your inability to work, and your petition for a downward modification has to be granted.

As for the douchebag who posted her address (if that's what that is), why don't you show some courage and identify yourself, or put your address on here. Coward.

I've been in and out of C Barry's court with my son's father since 2001. The only complaint that I have is that we go through the same process every year. I violate him, she gives him forever to find a job, he doesn't so she threatens to put him in jail. He runs out and gets a job for a couple months, quits, I violate him and the process starts all over again. It's not her fault that the guy is a deadbeat but he has been given too many chances. I have a 10 year old son that the dad won't even pay the little bit he's ordered to pay. I thought the courts would help me but it's all turned out to be a waste of time. Overall, she is a nice, well-spoken person and I appreciate her being considering the child first at all times.

Yes Christine Barry takes favors and will always take a woman's side regardless of the situation. The thing is she doesn't bother to listen to the evidence you have to support your case. She also cuts you off every other sentence. She acts like she is a judge but if you are going against someone she happens to know you are screwed. If you are a father and she says would you like a public defender...say yes. You will need someone on your side. Thanks for the addresses...I will be reporting her fraudulent behavior.

It cost me over 35 hundred dollars but Barry cut me a break. I am grateful. I mean, we have split custody my X and I, but she has primary. I guess that's bad for me. I didn't see the point in fighting over it because I have my son more.

With that said, I was paying her 800 dollars a month and maxed out every credit card I had in 6 months. I thought separated fatherhood was going to be the death of me. I was stripped of any possibility of living a normal life and it was hard to even provide for my son that I had the majority of the time, yes, more than my X. I never contemplated giving up, but my outlook was grim. I didn't understand how that could ever be fair to me or my son, as he resided with me as much as her. But everyone said it was. I had to eat it and try my hardest to make it for my son.

In that time frame I had documents showing how I had my son over 4 days a week every week from the day he was born until the day we were in court. And of course he is under my medical, the other one didn't really work. My child support was eventually cut down to 400 dollars a month! I could finally breath. I would like to think that the court system is out for the best interest of the children and took notice that I wasn't a horrible father.

Was I really cut a break? Some say no, I say yes. Even though I have my son more than my x week in and week out, and even though when she has him he is just passed off to her mother, I continue to pay average of 400 dollars a month. Some people say that its not fair to the child if he resides with me more than her.

I say this is the price I have to pay to be a father in NYS. And I got away easy. If I think positive and focus on being a great dad, things will only get better. I have my son more than her, I love him to death and I am thrilled that I can be in his life as much as I can. If I HAD to pay more I would. This is a victory to me. Money means nothing without family.

Who knows if she cut me a break. My X is the most jealous vindictive person I have ever met in my life. She cares about material things the way I care for my son. Unless she has grown up, she will drag me back to court every smooth chance she gets. I am horribly fearful of that. Lets just hope that the Judge can Continue to see a good father when she sees one and falls back to low gear.

As for advice to white men...

The only advice I can give is not to have kids in this state unless you are positive of the one you are with. In fact, leave the state if you have no ties to it, its far to liberal and the working class white male is only used to pay the way for the poor and rich.

You think I am kidding think again. It has nothing to do with child support, the entire state structure is built to leech of the working class back. Pretty much every aspect of funding and payroll for the state comes from NY AND FED tax is it not?. Who pays taxes in this State? Not the poor, they only leech from that very same tax pool. The rich? Sure they pay a fair share of tax but there are far to few and at any rate, they are rich and money only compounds when you have a lot of it. They never suffer. That leaves the working class. Minorities have far to many tax breaks, which leaves the crackers. Your already doomed in this state if your white, middle class, and married. So lets get divorced.

Lets look at white males vs white females, as they are the primary tax payers. Well in NYS the divorce rate is over 50 percent!!! Do you understand how huge that is for family court in this state. Its a gold rush and the business is at an all time high boom!!

Anyway, I said the divorce rate is over 50% in this state didn't I? It is.....So take a little less than 50%(good parents avoid court) we will say 45 percent of all couples get divorced and end up in court. Ok so lets give the separated ladies an average of 22 percent raise, while removing roughly 20 percent from separated men, as the average household is 1.5 kids in this state. Thus we have roughly half of working class tax payers getting slammed even harder, whilst the other half, get massive tax breaks. Do you understand now. Leave the state if you can bro.
