Lousy service. buyer beware of this company! He will undercut in an estimate, but overcharge fot service.

If you hate them so bad give some facts to convince others. Your personal likes or dislikes will not convince anyone without facts. Unhappy workers ect. are funny but never believed.

you ppl are nuts and should share that with a mental health doctor not with other ppl. perhaps should find something better to do than make up storys and put it onsite full of other low lifes looking for drama and false info made by a bunch of scumbags and cheap dirtbags!!! attention anyone thats isnt and just came across this when google the business like myself dont feed into what read on this site!!! bunch of bullshit ppl with no lifes came up with cuz dont want to pay for good service they have more happy customers than losers like ppl on here and BTW harry pays his employees well and they dont have to steal nor do they or been an issue or police involvement, the owners interest is in customers and doin things right and was proven that were not responsible for explosion and there is an ongoing lawsuit against news channel. dont believe everything you hear!!!

Anybody that has work done by Suburban Htg and AC are all satisfied customers and highly recommend this business.

Harry and Lisa built this business from scratch and worked hard to become what they are today - they both made many, many scarafices in doing this and never forgot their roots.

Harry and Lisa are both as honest as anyone could ever be and have never charged a customer more than what an item cost. In fact, they have gone out of their way to find ways to satisfy a customer without putting them into debt over their heads.

I have known Harry, Lisa and the entire Gee family for over 20 years and very proud to be considered their friend. The Gees are hard working, decent, and compassionate people - not thieves that will charge 200% above what an items really costs.

Go bash another business as you are way off base with Harry and Lisa.

Check with National Grid to begin with!!!!!

All the experts have examined this incident and NONE of them could arrive at a definite cause of the explosion. Country Suburban Htg and A/C received a clean bill of health and was determined NOT to be responsible for the explosion.

If you think you know more about this entire incident than all these experts do, I'm sure if you contact one of them they will be more than glad to listen to your theory.

-->and What did you NOT understand when you googled it? it brings up Multiple incidents of houses exploding due to natural GAS leaks..what a friggin dumb-nut. My post was intended to agree with CS NOT being culpable with the whitesboro house. on that note, have a good day and I will just sit back and watch people bash CS.

Country Suburban installed an AC unit, Furnace, and Water Heater at our home, and did not hook up the units to the electrical panel. The contract called for them to hook up everything and test out their installs upon completion.

When they showed up the second time to complete the install which was two months later, the installer said "That's not up to us to connect it to your electric panel," even though the contract called for them to do testing, a run through of the system, and to hook everything up. Even the owner stated verbally that he would be on site to give us a walk-through and ensure everything was good to go. Harry (the owner) did not keep his word and was nowhere to be found, and would not answer his cell phone or return calls.

My wife and I are very disappointed with this company, we paid them a small fortune ($17000+) to install everything, and they basically just placed these units in our basement for us to deal with and another contractor to hire. When they turned on the main water line to their piping, I had to tighten down 10 fixtures in our bathrooms and kitchen area because they did not have them connected properly. This flooded a small section of our basement.

We paid this company half of the money up front, and they were not even finished with the job and were hounding us for the second half of the money. Their billing reps called my wife's cell phone many times, and my cell phone while I was at work, even though the job had not been finished.

I cannot recommend this company and would suggest that anyone who contracts them out to switch and get another HVAC contractor right away.

Completely dissatisfied and disappointed.

No complaints here about Harry or his crew. Harry is smart and thorough. His crew also hard workers and very conscientious. Went the extra mile to address any and all concerns. I would recommend Country Suburban (and have) to anyone looking for new service or installation. I compared costs of others and they were more than fair. Perhaps the negative comments are thrown out to deter business from CS as I understand there is fierce competition to gain customers. It's not fair to slander a business or person for personal gain though. The nature of the business can be noisy and it may be necessary for the crew (owner) to yell from first floor to basement to communicate as they are making adjustments but the job was done right and crew stayed late into the night to complete the job without cobbing it just to get it done. Rather than let negative comments from people not knowing their agenda and with no proof to back their statements I can only suggest you give them a try and judge for yourself. We could not be more pleased!!

I just had CS install new Lenox furnace! Mark & Jeff were professional, courteous, & thorough! They did a great job .. including replacing a bad breaker ! For the first time since I've lived in my home .. I have no excess moisture collecting on the doors & windows .. thanks to the proper ventilation they provided with the new install! Thanks for a great product & good people to do the job! Would definitely recommend them!
