You are funny. I love your spelling of orangetan. Obviously, I can't spell it myself. LOL So, is Molly Mod Squad prejudiced against prospective employees who may have a disability? A few months back, someone insinuated to me that she might be. Any thoughts?

What hidden cameras? Would you be kind enough to explain this so that the workers can protect themselves?
I believe it was referred to in the Glenwood posts in some manner. Remember, just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get ya.

Haven't heard if she doesn't like people with disabilities or not just know she looks like hell and treats staff like they don't matter. Overheard her talking about some staff one time not prifessional she and Wendy hang with cheese always down there. That Wendy is unbelivable one mean spirited bitch her staff hate her. Can't imagene why! We are heDed to hell with those two driving Rules Rules Rules amazing last year Wendy stands before All of us at all staff to say how much money she LOST and she stall has a job. Does anyone remember the ammount she had it on screan. Can't believe she got away with that. So no raises yet again. But cheese came and now they are buying new computers putting in new rugs and building an outside garden. Not to mention all the staff Wendy got so she can dedicate her time to terrorizing staff and keeping Molly and cheese company, Maybe she found the money !

Keep a low profile and trust no one. Managers and supervisors are the worst backstabbers. They too fear for their jobs and try to make themselves look good at the expense of others.

The rumor is the cheese is gunning for someone on top. The walls are thin. All I can say is what goes around comes around and how the mighty have fallen. Hint hint...this one is known for yelling at staff.

Review the Glenwoods posts, they described her ordering HR not to hire a deaf woman. I'm pretty sure I'm getting that right. I believe there was some type of legal action. I'm too lazy to reread them again right now. I have a responsibility to counsel my clients, but obviously, I wouldn't lay that trip on them. This whole thing is like a nightmare.

Would anyone know if it is legal for RCIL to automatically deduct two dollars out of every paycheck for the coffee fund? I don't drink it. I tried to opt out and they said no.

They said no??? I was under the assumption that " employee fund" was optional. I planned on opting out as well. I'm going to check on this, don't see how they can force the deduction.

I will, that kind of deduction per person, yearly is a lot. If they do that for each employee, and I'm guessing we have about 1800 between all the RCIL offices, that equals $86,400. One person $4 x 12 months =$48 x 1800 employees =$86,400. Coffee doesn't cost that much, a year and neither do the occasional flowers for someone's passing.

That sounds like Joanne. I would hate to be in her funky looking shoes. She used to be on top and now she is under the cheese's thumb.
