There is an abusive manager who in spite of getting many complaints is still there. Some employees gang up on others. They are following the leader.

The heads of HR and Finance and the rest of them were just waiting for someone to let them to have their say on the "inefficiencies of staff/programs" ,(through their eyes of course) and now they have someone's ear. Although the new CEO has been a bitter pill to swallow, the question to be asked is why has she come down so hard on all of us? Has she been mislead by people with a personal agenda? Is it power run amuck by people who had "issues" with the way things were run before and could do nothing about it, and now have someone who shares their perception of how things should run? Power tripping? Yes! How else could she and why would she have struck her blows so quickly without actually meeting with depts first?

RCIL will become a revolving door. It isn't cost effective to keep on training new employees. They probably haven't taken that into consideration.

She does it because she can! She doesn't have to meet with the depts. She doesn't care how the departments are run now or before, ONLY how she can screw them up for everybody in the future. She doesn't care about the residents. Only how and when she can get her bonus. READ the Glenwood IA posts!! ALL of them. Before she is done the entire campus will be backstabbing each other, just to keep their jobs! I KNOW!!!
