Why don't you come to work, do your job, stop the drama and go home at the end of the day. Maybe then the Directors could actually get some work done instead of babysitting children in adult bodies? Make yourself accountable, reliable and dependable, it would go a long way in allowing the work place to function.
Why aren't the directors accountable for running the place into the ground? Every department is operating at a loss. How many of you directors play favorites? A former director reported in two hours late every day. Another one looked buzzed. There is a director who is abusive, has been reported to HR, and she is still there. Why should people work for peanuts while the directors are getting big bonuses for doing a lousy job? Evidently the agency needs to hire competent directors.

Take a look at what management allowed to happen in the WIPA program. Three people left because of the one person. Multiple attempts, meetings and documentation and not one thing was done to correct the problem. A program that was put in place to help people get back to work made 3 people leave their employment! NICE!

Stop being so na´ve. HR will not do anything. the union and HR did NOTHING in IA why should NY be any different??

Rumors at Glenwood according to postings that folks used their cell phones to record the Big Cheese during a meeting while she was verbally harassing an employee. Video leaked to Govenor's Office, Union Prez in Capital, newspaper, or maybe back to cheese whiz herself? Interesting idea about her downfall. Digital proof of her crap not to mention others would make interesting bit o. TV. Record them all. Catch them. Expose them. Make them news. Pick a reporter, the Guv's office or a staff member, a tv station, a trustworthy board member. Send a video showing what they are. The cheese whiz opens her mouth - make her the star she thinks she is. Out her. Out all of them.

Don't lose the organizations values, vision or mission- RCIL is a member organization. If we're not a member become one- read the by - laws , participate in the annual meeting and vote or reject the slate of officers board members -or see how to nominate directors who will monitor , evaluate and make change as necessary.

Want a lesson - go back an see what happened at the YWCA when the Board took action the members didn't like- 1 st attempt closing the pool 1996.

Two years ago 50 percent of the Finance Staff left and were let go because of the new DOF. It really s sad to hear what is happening.

So glad I'm out of there, sad, a great agency when Burt was there, worked my ass off for years, long hours, dedication, spent so much of my own money, my entire family volunteered their time and money for the mission, the vision. Then...to be tossed aside like a piece of trash. I loved the agency, management sucks. Ass kissing, fake women, what a joke.
