Everything being said here is exactly what happened at GRC. We thank God every day that she is gone. We are finally starting to move forward again. So glad RCIL took her off our hands.

Oh, yes, she did the dress code at GRC, too. Get ready, no hats at work, long sleeves for workers, jeans, no shorts or capris in summer, no sandals, no hats no hats no hats, Women had to wear skirts to work, dress blouses, men wore dress slacks, even if working as a trade. It was too much fun, dress shoes even if working a trade. You're going to love it.

It doesn't matter what the queen mother does, folks. She's the boss. Get that, the B.O.S.S. You do as she says, not as she does. She's working her 'magic' much quicker there than she did here, most likely because you have no union. She has to basically answer to no one. She is two different people. All smiles, charming and polite when her superiors are around, but a nasty, hateful dictatorial troll to the staff. Same M.O. as she did at GRC. Sooner or later, though, she'll hang herself, she just can't help herself. I am not kidding when I say to record her, proof will nail her like it did here. I'm sure they were shocked in Des Moines when they found out just how bad she was. She broke many federal laws with her behavior towards staff. Many of those laws put in place to prevent bullying, lateral violence, etc. etc. Some of the GRC staff are still in contact with her, they LOOOOOOVE her. Thought she was awesome. So watch out, you'll have that same mentality there. Watch your backs.

Do you think she's Bi Polar, a Beoch or both? Her oh so lovely personality could also indicate Borderline personality disorder. Too bad a union couldn't be formed, then you grill that Cheese. LOL

There was speculation about her mental health. Some thought she had a narcissistic personality, but I think it goes much deeper than that. Definitely is not a mentally healthy person at all. She sleeps very little, just because she isn't out of her office doesn't mean she's not 'far-reaching'. She will request ridiculous amounts of 'reporting' so she can pick it apart, read things into it, then make arbitrary decisions. When anybody tries to explain to her that what she thinks she knows is not really what it is, she will hold her hand up and tell them that she doesn't want to hear it. It's a very interesting study in human behavior. I'd love to see somebody (Psychiatrist) do a study on her! She's messed up for sure. It's too bad she continues to fly under the radar. Hopefully your board will see it quickly and act. She would focus on ridiculous things here, but not take care of the really huge things that required action. She was proud to cut the spending, took away necessary things. We'd order our supplies for our areas, she cut the order in half. Didn't know that until we met with the ordering folks to find out why we were constantly running out of ordinary every day things. IT's because Velveeta wouldn't allow the orders to go through. Try bathing people without shampoo, body wash, no deodorant, etc. She's a gem of a gal. But she'll tell anybody that will listen she's an advocate for the clients. Just wait, it gets better and better.

Yep, She definitely has a personality disorder. I'm guessing it's a cross between Borderline and Histrionic or some variation of the two.
