The Board of Directors need to hire Ernie Talerico as the next Executive Director of the Mission. This man has dedicated the last ten years serving the needy and poor. He is a great family man and a pillar of the community. This is the person who can bring back credibility, integrity, poor employee moral and good christian values back to the broken mission. This Board has been asleep at the wheel for the last 8 years, and should be held accountable for their inaction on this Bill Dodge fiasco. It would be in the best interest of everyone if they would step up and put the best man for the job in the Executive Director position, Mr Ernie Talerico. We will be watching the Boards action very closely, praying that they are up to the task of putting the Missions welfare as their top priority.

I agree that Mr Talerico is the best person for that job. After all the damage that pervert Dodge did to the Mission, the employees and city of Utica, Ernie Talerico is the breath of fresh air that is needed. He has worked his way up from pt employee to where he is now. He understands mission work as well as anyone working there, and should be the new leader.

He seems like a shameless self promoter, not what the rescue mission needs.

Although the good Rev Dodge not even thinking of Utica, onward and upward.

Okay dodge supporter. You were wrong when everyone told you Rev was leaving. You said it was all lies and that you wanted proof. So why would we believe you now.

People should contact the Board of Directors to make the right choice and make Ernie T. the new Director. I just don't have any confidence in this Boards ability to make any decisions that are in the best interest of the Mission.Sure looks like their main objective is to protect Bill Dodge. They need to come forward
tell the donors who give money to keep the mission doors open, how big a settlement they paid. This is a case where Silence is Not Golden, when it involves other peoples money.Might be time to replace the Board.

The mission needs to look inside for the new leader, looking outside is taking chances again, and the only one in that place is Ernie, the other so call directors are only name tags, no substance, my son was a resident there for six months and I volunteer to work the desk at the administration building for a few months, and this people are just incredibly inept.

You want to know who is this guy ask around, from the county to the streets, ask who is Bill Duch NO ONE KNOWS, ask what the mission does NO ONE KNOWS ask what Ernie does everyone knows, if Ernie is not elected an outsider will come and will set the mission back, services will suffer.

LMAO I remember one night I attended chapel with my girl and Duche was preaching, my girs kept saying.....That guy can't be the director!!!, he looks strange....HAHAHHAHHAHAHAHAHAH HAHA

BOARD OF DIRECTORS WAKE UP OR FIND OTHER ORGANIZATION TO JOIN!!!!....TRY THE GAY MOVEMENT.

I find this interesting, Christians have their beliefs, others don't agree, obviously I'm Catholic but don't agree with some Christians beliefs, no one is right or wrong but maybe someone knows what's been said, just saying.

I also believe that Ernie Talerico would be the best choice for the Directors job. When are the Board of Directors going to come clean with the settlement details with Dodge. Since it's my money thats going to be used, I would like to know if I am going to continue to donate to this mission.

We hope that this Board is not considering looking outside the Utica Mission for a new leader. There are some very good people already working there that actually have the best interest of the mission as their priority. We think Ernie would be the best choice at this time.

Is the board guaranteeing this outsider, like they guaranteed Duche Dodge, can they afford another scandal, bet on Ernie, we know him, our community knows him, if an outsider comes in, I am not sending my donations, am not volunteering, and I will make my business to convince other people the same.
